What does the displayed price cover?
It is a fixed booking deposit, credited in full to your confirmed bill. It is not the complete food, drinks or venue-hire price. Each option states its guest limit and requested duration; the venue and full price or minimum spend are agreed before payment.
Can I choose GBP or EUR?
Yes. Select GBP or EUR before submitting your request. Prices are set separately in each currency, and your chosen currency is retained with the booking. Your bank may apply its own conversion or other charges.
Where do you operate?
We focus on London, including Shoreditch, Old Street, Hoxton and the City. Our business contact address is 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE. Office visits are by appointment. Use the venue address in your written booking confirmation for the actual occasion.
When can I contact the team?
Monday–Thursday: 16:00–23:00. Friday–Saturday: 16:00–00:00. Sunday: 14:00–22:00. UK local time. We aim to respond to routine enquiries within one working day. Event times are confirmed for the specific venue and booking.
Does submitting a request secure a table?
A request lets us review the date and group requirements. The booking is secured only under the written confirmation and any agreed deposit condition. Keep your private booking link for updates.
What happens if I cancel?
You can withdraw an unaccepted request without charge. For confirmed bookings, cancel at least 48 hours before the start for a full deposit refund. For later cancellations or non-attendance, any amount retained is limited to fair, reasonably evidenced net loss, capped at the deposit. See the cancellation policy.
Are drinks or decorations included?
The listed deposits do not include food, drinks, cakes, decorations, entertainment or exclusive use of an entire venue. Any additions and their prices are agreed in writing. Photographs illustrate the atmosphere rather than included items.
