Our business
PENTAGON FIVE is operated by PENTAGON 5 LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 15554782. Our registered office and business contact address is 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE. Email: bookings@pentagon5.bar. Telephone: +447985755053.
Reservation options
Each listed amount is a fixed deposit towards a booking, not the total event cost. Each option specifies its maximum requested guest count and duration. The deposit is credited in full to the confirmed bill. Food, drinks, decorations, cakes, entertainment and exclusive whole-venue hire are excluded unless agreed separately in writing.
Request and acceptance
Choose one option and a currency, then provide your contact details, preferred date and guest count. The organiser must be at least 18. You can correct the details before submitting. A request alone does not secure a venue or time. We confirm availability, location, scope, full price or minimum spend, any service charge, deposit and balance arrangements before payment. Our written confirmation explains when the contract is formed and how the deposit condition secures your booking.
Price and currency
GBP and EUR deposit prices are separately set and include applicable taxes. The saved currency is the payment currency and is not a live exchange-rate quotation. There is no delivery charge, hidden subscription or recurring payment. Your bank may apply its own conversion or other charges. Additional services and charges require your agreement before acceptance.
Payment and confirmation
We provide payment arrangements for confirmed requests. Card payment links, where offered, open Stripe’s hosted checkout. We do not store full card numbers or security codes. Payment status is updated from the provider’s verified notification; returning from checkout alone does not confirm payment. Keep your reference and private booking link.
Venue, age and service arrangements
Use the venue address in your written confirmation for the gathering, rather than assuming the business contact address is the event venue. Venue entry, alcohol service and event timing follow the actual venue’s rules and lawful authorisation. The organiser must provide accurate guest information and contact us about changes. Ask about access and current allergen information before agreeing to relevant arrangements.
Changes and cancellations
Unaccepted requests can be withdrawn without charge. Our cancellation policy provides a full deposit refund for cancellation at least 48 hours before the confirmed start. Any deduction for a later cancellation is limited to fair net loss, capped at the deposit. If we cannot provide the agreed service, we offer a refund of the amount paid for the undelivered service or an alternative that you expressly accept.
Rights and complaints
Our complaints page explains how to raise an issue. Nothing limits rights relating to services that are not provided as agreed, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud and death or personal injury caused by negligence. English law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections and applicable court rights. Terms saved with an accepted booking continue to apply to it; later revisions do not remove existing rights.
